Boardman police investigating reported fight outside Camelot Lanes
Two teens, a 17-year-old female and a 17-year-old male were arrested by Boardman police who investigated a melee outside Camelot Lanes off Boardman-Canfield Road sometime after 9:20 p.m. on July 24.
The female was charged with felonious assault after police officers learned the vehicle she was driving had struck the leg of another female during the melee. The male teen was charged with assault and carrying concealed wepons misdemeanor after he was chased across the street to the parking lot of a restaurant.
Officers found a 9mm Highpont C9 handgun in the teen’s waistband. Both teens were handcuffed and taken to the Juvenile Justice Center pending a court date.
The victim who was struck by the vehicle sustained a large bruise on her left calf, while another female victim who was punched had sustained several injuries to her face and right arm. A male who had fought back with two other males had sustained a cut to his lip and bruising on his face.
The report did not state if the victims had received any treatment for their injuries.
