East Palestine gets grant to improve street safety with comprehensive safety action plan

East Palestine received a $211,488 grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation to develop a comprehensive safety action plan to improve local streets.

“With this latest investment from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, we are making our roads safer and continuing to support the people of East Palestine,” U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown said. “This investment will assist the Village of East Palestine’s efforts to improve local streets and intersections to prevent serious accidents and keep Ohioans safe on the road.”
