Award-winning staff agency expanding workforce solutions across northeast Ohio
Two northeast Ohio employee recruiters are joining forces to place more people into their dream jobs throughout the whole region.
AllStaff is an Alliance-based business helping companies grow and find the right people to work jobs in labor, skilled trades and office administration roles in northeast Ohio.
In 2025, AllStaff announced they’ve expanded and acquired another staffing agency called Staff Right to serve new communities including Salem and Warren.
Ryan Klusch is the owner of AllStaff which just bought Staff Right.
“It is exciting to partner with a like-minded team to reach new heights and become the premier staffing service in the Youngstown, Columbiana, Salem and Alliance areas,” Klusch said.
Randy Hart and Tim Dickey are the owners of Staff Right who worked with Klusch on the acquisition deal.
“We are excited to join forces with AllStaff to better serve our clients and make a positive impact in the communities that have supported us over the years” Hart and Dickey said.
Staff Right has over a decade of experience matching job seekers to the right employers in the community.
In 2023 and 2024, AllStaff was recognized as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the Youngstown area, as well as the whole country by Inc. 5000 List.
AllStaff received the Alliance Chamber of Commerce Large Business of the Year award in 2023.
