“When it comes time to talk about the best, it’s easy to lean into authenticity and traditional dishes. But that’s not what’s going on at Momocho, which chef Eric Williams has made clear,” said Tasting Table writer DB Kelly.Instead, he’s created a restaurant dedicated to making Mexican cuisine accessible, fun, and reinvented for an Ohio palate.
