Warehouse spaces available for lease along Mahoning Ave. in North Jackson
The North Jackson Commerce Park was built by Top Property Holdings with a goal of bringing new and growing businesses to the Mahoning County area.
Shapes Unlimited moved its headquarters to North Jackson Commerce Park earlier this year and became the first tenant at 13001 Mahoning Ave. in North Jackson.
The next phase of development is underway at North Jackson Commerce Park, with 100,000 square feet being converted into new warehouse space to accommodate more businesses.
According to commercial listings available online, the 100,000 square-foot industrial warehouse space in the 44-acre park is available for lease and can be subdivided into:
- Two 23,000-square-foot units with two dock doors, one drive-in door and a front office each
- Two 27,000-square-foot units with two dock doors, one drive-in door and a front office
The lease rate is $7.75 per square foot.
Another industrial warehouse is on the market on Mahoning Avenue in North Jackson.
The 32,550-square-foot warehouse built in 1996 is available to lease for $7 per square foot at 11655 Mahoning Ave., which includes an office building that’s been recently updated, according to the realty listing.
The whole building has been equipped with sprinklers and access to high-voltage power supply.
