Records reveal retail store in Canfield sold to new owner for $1.5 million
A retail store was sold for $1.5 million on April 28 in Canfield, according to the Mahoning County Auditor’s records.
The 7,065-square-foot property built in 2014 was previously owned by FWW Capital Group LLC.
FWW Capital Group sold the building at 10 Manor Hill Drive to AHI Capital LLC, which was appraised at $735,380.
Terrill Vidale with FWW Capital Group paid $799,000 for the property in 2023.
