Want to learn more about colorful flowers that pop up randomly in our region during the spring and summer?

There’s a chance to learn about local flora in the region being taught by the experts.

Participate in the wildflower walk through Poland Municipal Forest, starting at 1 p.m.

Organized by the Friends of Poland Municipal Forest, three ecologists will lead the walk and point out different varieties of wildflowers growing, like Virginia bluebells and other spring blossoms.

Meet and explore from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. in the College Street parking lot.
