Lawsuit filed to stop Mill Creek Park District from deer culling

A group of area residents led by attorney Marc Dann are suing the Mill Creek Metropolitan Park District to stop a proposed killing of deer.

The complaint filed in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court calls for the court to step in and stop a “deer slaughter plan” and issuing permits to outsiders for the purposes of killing deer in the public parks.
