Warren man faces up to 3 years in prison with failure to comply with police officer
The following cases were handled Thursday before Judge Ronald J. Rice of the Trumbull County Common Pleas Court:
- Craig Henderson, 31, of Rolling Meadows Drive, Warren, pleaded guilty to a third-degree failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer. Henderson, who could face up to three years in prison, will be sentenced after he undergoes a background investigation conducted by the Trumbull County Adult Probation Department. Henderson was arrested in July 2023, prosecutors said, after he fled from Howland Township officers who attempted to pull his vehicle over in the 1800 block of Niles Cortland Road SE.
- Adam J. Boggs, 44, pleaded guilty to a fifth-degree charge of obstructing official business. The case resulted from a Sept. 28, 2023 where Boggs fought with Niles police who was trying to evict him from a Spruce Court, Niles, property. Boggs, who could face up to 12 months in prison, will be sentenced after he undergoes a background check by county probation officers.
