Courtyard Marriott Youngstown-Canfield named among best guest satisfaction internationally
The Courtyard Marriott Youngstown-Canfield is recognized globally as one of the best Marriott hotels to choose when you need to stay the night, with guests giving their experiences a solid nine out of 10 rating, according to surveys.
The Courtyard Marriott Youngstown-Canfield had the highest guest satisfaction results among all 1,100 Courtyard Marriott locations around the world.
The Courtyard Canfield also received the Diamond Circle award again for the sixth consecutive year since 2017.
The Diamond Circle award is given by corporate to top-performing hotels who meets budget and meets the needs of guests.
“The staff at The Courtyard is constantly elevating the guest experience with personal touches and the success of the hotel is a direct result of their dedication,” said Cody Wyatt, vice president of operations for Kennsington Hospitality.
The hotel opened at 4173 Westford Place in Canfield about eight years ago as the largest Marriott hotel in the Youngstown area.
According to Wyatt and other Marriott representatives, most hotels see “a deterioration of service as they age, but in Canfield, the bar is always being raised.”
The Canfield hotel also received a guest service satisfaction award from Courtyard Marriott specifically highlighting food and beverage served at The Bistro, the hotel restaurant.
