U.S. Marshall’s Service looking for Youngstown woman accused of shooting gun into car
The U.S. Marshall’s Service sent out a social media warning Monday to be on the lookout for a 20-year-old female wanted by Youngstown Police for a shooting into an occupied vehicle on Dec. 4.
The U.S. Marshals and police are searching for Phil-Lysha Cummings, a female who is five-foot-six, weighing 175 pounds. The social media post believes Cummings to be in the Youngstown or Cleveland areas.
Those with any information about Cummings’ whereabouts are asked to call the tips line at 1-866-4WANTED. All calls will be kept confidential and any tip leading to an arrest may be eligible for a cash reward.
