Roderick L. Lewis, 64, Brier Street Southeast, Warren, pleaded guilty before Judge Ronald J. Rice of Trumbull County Common Pleas Court on Thursday to two counts of possession of cocaine and one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, all fifth-degree felonies.

The case sprang from two arrests in the spring of 2023, one on April 27 where he was found with a small amount of cocaine by Warren police officers and a second on June 18 where Howland police arrested him and found bits of cocaine and fentanyl compound on his person after he was riding a bicycle with no lights in the middle of North Road near Greenmont Drive in Howland.
