9 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury

The Mahoning County grand jury handed out 9 felony indictments last Friday:

  • Robert L. Massey, 32, of East Rochester, passing bad checks (f4)
  • Kelly M. Kraeling, 43, of Hermitage, Pa., two counts assault (f4), one count obstructing official business (f5) and one count, vandalism (f5);
  • Zachary A. Abdallah, 22, Brunswick, breaking and entering (f5), possessing criminal tools (f5)
  • Larnell J Hall, 40, East Midlothian Boulevard, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability(f3);
  • Harry W. Cotterman, 42, Chambers Street, Campbell, failure to verify address (f3);
  • Logan M. Larlham, 26, East Judson Avenue, Youngstown, failure to register (f3);
  • Charles L. Crosby Jr., 31, in care of Mahoning County Jail, possession of cocaine (f1) with forfeiture specification; possession of fentanyl-related compound (f4) w/ specification
  • Vincent L. McGary, 44, Southern Boulevard, Youngstown, two counts trafficking in fentanyl-related compound (f4), one count possession fentanyl-related compound (f4)
  • April L. Waidman, 40, West Pine Lake Road, Beloit, 17 counts theft (f5), 14 counts petty theft (m1),one count theft from person in protected class (f5).
