The Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force arrested three people over the weekend as part of an undercover sting operation into illegal online activity.

The task force, led by the Mahoning County Sheriff’s Office, arrested them for answering online ads to buy sex illegally as part of an undercover investigation with the Salem Police Department.

Blair Floyd, a 32-year-old Niles resident, was arrested Friday and charged with engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools

Robert Lutman, a 48-year-old Leetonia resident, was arrested on June 8 and charged with engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools.

Lutman was previously arrested by the task force in 2022 and convicted of engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools.

Johnny Wilson Jr. is a resident of Opelousas, Louisiana. He was arrested on June 9 by the Mahoning Valley task force and charged with engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools.

Each of the suspects were taken to the Columbiana County Jail.
