Here’s the construction schedule for downtown Youngstown’s new bank tower sign
With the merger between Premier Bank and WesBanco official, a few new high-rise signs are coming to one of the towers in downtown Youngstown.
Crews started setting up scaffolding on April 22, the first step in the process to replace the existing signage on top of the bank tower.
The WesBanco Bank tower is located at 275 West Federal St. in Youngstown.

Starting Monday, the sidewalk and a portion of W. Federal St. Eastbound will be closed between the intersections of Vindicator Square/Symphony Plaza and Hazel Street.
That closure will be in effect until May 2, then again from May 19 through May 30.
According to the city of Youngstown, these closures are necessary for crews to safely install four high-rise wall signs at WesBanco Bank using a crane.
No on street parking will be permitted.
