Kai’s Crab Boil - Columbus, Ohio

“Yelpers had to invent new words to describe Kai’s Kajun sauce: One says the secret spice blend gets ‘the umami … umami-ing.’ It’s one of three sauces (along with garlic-butter and lemon-pepper) for the casual restaurant’s beloved seafood boil bags — all filled with your choice of shrimp, snow crab, king crab, lobster, crawfish, mussels, Dungeness crab, and/or clams,” as stated in the Yelp study.
