Antuan Gardner of Niles won Week 10 of the Mahoning Matters Mahoning Valley football Athlete of the Week poll.
He ran for 325 yards and five touchdowns to lead Niles past Girard, 48-28.

- Boom Gillis: Ran for 212 yards and two touchdowns to lead Lakeview past Beaver Local, 20-14.
- Dom Pagano: Ran for two touchdowns and threw for third score to lead Poland past Struthers in overtime, 28-27.
- Michael Ballone: Ran for two touchdowns and threw for third score to lead Lowellville past Springfield, 27-13.
- Trevor Siefke: Threw for five touchdown to lead Lisbon past Wellsville, 41-14.
- Tristan Toy: Threw for two touchdowns and ran for a third to lead South Range past Girard, 35-0.
- Dan Evans III: Blocked a late field to lead Fitch past Harding, 14-13.
