Youngstown school zone photo speed enforcement taking a break for the summer

The last day of school zone photo speed enforcement by the Youngstown Police Department for the 2022/2023 school year for each individual school due to summer break will be as follows:

1) Rayen Early College Middle School (Williamson) - May 18

2) Youngstown Rayen Early College High School (W. Wood and Wick)- May 18

3) Chaney High School (N. Hazelwood and Overlook) - May 24

4) Volney Rogers Elementary School (S. Schenley) - May 24

5) Kirkmere Elementary School (Kirk) - May 24

6) East High School (East High and Bennington) - May 24

7) Wilson Middle School (East Indianola and Gibson) - May 24

8) Chaney Middle School (South Schenley) – May 24

9) Taft Elementary School (Gibson) – May 24

10) Youngstown Academy of Excellence (Rigby and South Jackson) – May 24

11) Harding Elementary School (Cordova and Benita) – May 24

12) Summit Academy (Oakwood) – May 25

13) Horizon Science Academy (Southern Blvd) – May 31

14) Cardinal Mooney High School (Erie) – June 1

15) Ursuline High School (Wick) – June 1

16) St. Christine’s School (South Schenley) - June 2

17) Valley Christian School (Southern Blvd) – June 2

18) Stambaugh Charter Academy (North Hazelwood) – June 13

19) Potential Development School (Market Street)- July 12

Enforcement will resume at the start of the 2023/2024 school year.
