Warren man indicted on charges of setting fire that killed 2
Carroll Leon Bruton Jr., 72, of Miller Street Southwest, Warren, was indicted Thursday by a Trumbull County grand jury on two counts of aggravated murder, two counts first-degree aggravated arson and one count second-degree aggravated arson.
Bruton was suspected of setting the fire Jan. 7 that resulted in the death of two people identified by the Trumbull County Coroner’s Office as Roscoe Toles, 82, and Etiane Whitaker, 51.
