Homeless woman faces charges after reportedly kicking car door while begging for money
A homeless woman was taken to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital for a mental evaluation after police stated she kicked a car door while the vehicle was stopped for a red light on Midlothian Boulevard about 10:30 p.m. April 8 according to a Youngstown police report.

The 11th District Court of Appeals on April 8 upheld the conviction and sentencing of a Warren woman who had robbed the Menards home improvement store in Bazetta Township in March 2022.
