Youngstown woman gets 8 years in prison after escape from Lisbon correctional center
A Youngstown woman was sentenced to eight years in prison in connection with her escape with the Eastern Ohio Correctional Center in Lisbon.
Ashley Croley, 37, escaped on Aug. 5 and stole a vehicle from a local pizza shop and ran over the owner’s foot shortly after her escape.
Croley earlier pled guilty to Crowley to charges of escape, grand theft auto, felonious assault, vehicular assault, and drug possession.
Prosecutor Vito Abruzzino credited the efforts of the Lisbon Police Department for the prosecution.
