At 8 p.m. Tuesday, a man was dropped off at Mercy Health Boardman Hospital with severe gunshots wounds and is currently in stable condition. According to Youngstown Police reports, Rosco Pearce was shot in the back while meeting with a man named “Mike,” later identified as Keith Tillis.
